Only The Finest Ingredients…
The ingredients I use are of the best quality.
Especially important for taste and texture:
- Free range eggs
- Superfine flour
- Madagascan vanilla
- Real lemons ( not flavouring!)
- Top quality pure chocolate etc.
The cakes are 100% made by me from these pure ingredients, and every care and consideration is taken into account.
For example recently I made a fruit cake for someone who didn’t like cherries so I left them out! Someone else wanted extra nuts so… they got an extra nutty cake!
That’s why it’s better to buy a cake from me and not a shop.
If you have special dietary requirements, want extra ingredients added, or must have certain things left out, I will take careful note of your needs.
